REFUND POLICY

  • All sales are final. We currently do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind.

  • Please make sure you check your size carefully before placing your order.

  • For any help with sizing or product details, feel free to reach out to us  we are always here to assist.

A product is eligible for refund/exchange only if:

  1. The packaging arrives damaged, or

  2. The product is defective or faulty on arrival.

If any of the above conditions apply, you must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. One-Time Exchange Only
    We offer a single exchange per order, so please be confident about your size selection. If needed, our team will guide you with size recommendations.

  2. Exchange Charges – ₹100
    As we rely on trusted third-party courier partners for both pickup and delivery, they charge us for reverse pickup and then again for re-delivery of the exchanged item.
    To keep the process simple, we request the customer to pay only one-way charge – ₹100.

  3. Processing Time – 7 to 9 Days
    Your exchanged product will be shipped after we receive the returned item.
    The complete process may take 7–9 working days.

  4. Non-Serviceable Pickup Locations
    If your PIN code falls under a non-serviceable reverse pickup area, you will be notified.
    In such cases, you must send the product back through your local courier service.
    When you ship it yourself, no exchange charges will be applied.
